Finger Painting and Tractor Rides

This past weekend we decided to see how Tyler would do with finger painting. Well, it wasn’t a very successful endeavor. We learned that he doesn’t like to get his hands dirty, just like his daddy! Every time he would put his hand in paint, we would try to wipe it off on the other hand or his clothes instead of the paper.




As a reward for all his hard work his daddy took Tyler for a ride on the lawn tractor. It’s one of Tyler’s favorite things to do. Every time he goes into the garage he heads right for it and climbs into the seat. Fun stuff!

Trip to the Zoo

Since Tyler loves animals, and makes so many animal noises now, we decided it was a good time to take him on his first trip to the zoo. He loved it! We went with Tyler’s friend Logan and they both had such a good time. Tyler’s favorite animals were the mountain lion, chimpanzee, and sea lions. So much fun!

Tyler loves the Elephants in his books, but wasn't very interested.

When Tyler sees a picture of an elephant he raises his hand

like an elephants trunk. So cute.

"Oooh Oooh Oooh Aaah Aaah Aaah"

He loved watching the Sea Lions swimming around.

Shaun caught a little tree frog that was hopping around.

Tyler saw the mountain lion and said "Meow".

That is one big kitty cat!
